DESCRIPTION:Experimentik #69\nWilliam “Bilwa” Costa / Andreas Voccia / Roberta Wjm Andreucci\n \n\n\n\n\nSolo x 3 \nWilliam “Bilwa” Costa – sine-tones\, feedback\, un/natural field recordings \nAndreas Voccia – electronics \nRoberta Wjm Andreucci – electronics \n  \n\n\n\n\n \nWilliam “Bilwa” Costa is an experimental / conceptual composer and artist based in Berlin. Incorporating elements of noise\, drone\, Musique concrète\,\, sound and psychoacoustic research\, Bilwa performs electro-acoustic listening sessions (or “sound saunas”) using sine-tones\, un/natural field recordings\, and feedback. \nhttps://soundcloud.com/bilwa \nAndreas Voccia is a musician and video artist based in Berlin. Originally a trained jazz guitar player\, he now works with a modular synthesizer to implement compositional practices from contemporary classical music in an improvisational and responsive environment. Besides his solo work\, he is currently involved in several projects with musicians from the experimental and free jazz scenes. In his music he looks into abstract principles like movement\, pattern\, space\, time\, and how everything is interwoven with each other through resonance processes\, in order to approach the fundamental question of the nature/essence of Reality. His main interest is to find in all the complex systems a poetic view which aims to draw out the tension between the inside and the outside. \nhttps://www.andreasvoccia.de/ \nWJM is a percussionist\,  an experimental producer and DJ\, and on air personality. She has more than twenty year of experience organizing and promoting alternative music events. She practices plagiarism and the cutting and mixing of musical and ambiental aural sources. Early in her career she started focusing on the use of voices and on vocal metalinguism\, focalizing on her personal practice of “cuttingandslicing” and on rhythm patterns obtained through an improper use of her tools of the trade (cdjs\, cd player\, md\, me mixer). Through the years her percussion set morphed into a hybrid encompassing a dj booth\, a radio dj one\, a microphone station for electroacustic experiments\, and a mnemonic butcher’s slab. She is a founding member of performing music units such as Jealousy Party\, Semerssuaq\, The Secretaries and Sistemi Audiofobici Burp.
