DESCRIPTION:Virginia Woolf by A specially tender Collective\nAUSVERKAUFT/SOLD OUT\n  \n \n„The Mark on the Wall“ nach einer Kurzgeschichte der Schriftstellerin Virginia Woolf ist das erste Projekt des siebenköpfigen Künstlerkollektivs „A specially tender collective“ (ast.c)\, das in diesem Jahr in Berlin initiiert wurde.\nIn diesem Stück ist der Text nicht durch seine Wörter präsent\, sondern durch die Atmosphäre\, die er ausstrahlt. Diese wird durch Choreografie\, Video und  Musik wiedergegeben. Jede der Künste nimmt einen eigenen Teil im Stück ein und vermischt sich auf subtile Weise mit den anderen. Die beteiligten Künstler:innen haben den Text jeweils in ihrer eigenen Sprache (Französisch\, Deutsch\, Englisch) gelesen und das Gefühl aufgenommen\, das der Rhythmus der Wörter und ihre Anordnung bei ihnen hinterlassen haben. \nWie kann man Rhythmen\, die von Wörter in verschiedenen Sprachen skandiert werden\, in Bild und Ton übersetzen? \n“ The Mark on the Wall“\, based on a short story by the writer Virginia Woolf\, is the first project of a seven-member artist collective\, „A specially tender collective“ (ast.c)\, which was initiated this year in Berlin.\nIn this piece\, the text is not there through its words\, but through the atmosphere it radiates. This atmosphere is reproduced by choreography\, video and music. Each of the mentioned arts occupies its own part in the piece and blends subtly with the others.
